The D-Link AirPlus G™ DWL-G510 Wireless PCI Adapter is a wireless network adapter for desktop PCs, providing high network speeds of up to 54Mbps when used with other 802.11g standard wireless products. It features WPA and 802.1x for encryption and user authentication, providing you with a high level of security for your data and communication. After quick and easy installation into a PC, the DWL-G510 can be used either in Ad-Hoc mode to connect directly with other cards for peer-to-peer file sharing, or in Infrastructure mode to connect with a wireless Access Point or router for access to the Internet at home or in the office.
